The source code is free for whatever purposes you like. I’d appreciate some credit or a free copy of anything based on this, but you can do whatever you like with it.
The program has no user interface, just drag two apps on to it, it processes them and quits. If you launch it without any apps, it will compain. The docs for using MakeFat are in the user package.
